Refund Policy

At [Hari Classes], we are committed to providing high-quality training and mentorship to help students and professionals succeed in top MNC careers. However, due to the nature of digital content and coaching services, we have established the following refund policy to maintain fairness and transparency for all participants.


General Policy

All purchases made for webinars,consultation sessions are non-refundable. By enrolling in any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Eligible Refund Scenarios (If Applicable)

We only offer refunds under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Duplicate Payment:
    If you were charged more than once for the same service, we will refund the duplicate transaction after verification.
  2. Technical Failure on Our Side:
    If a live session could not take place due to a platform error or internal issue, you may request a reschedule or refund.
  3. Program Cancelled by Us:
    If we cancel a paid webinar, class, or session for any reason, a full refund will be issued or the session will be rescheduled at your convenience.


Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchasing
  • Inability to attend the live session (replay is often provided)
  • Personal scheduling conflicts
  • Partial attendance or dissatisfaction without feedback/request for support
  • Downloaded/use of course materials or digital content


Session Rescheduling (For One-on-One Coaching)

If you’ve booked a 1:1 coaching session, you may request to reschedule it at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may be marked as “session completed.”


Refund Request Process

Approved Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • Your full name
  • Payment receipt or transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
